Orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same working day, Mon–Fri. Anything after the cutoff goes out the next working day. Weekend orders dispatch Monday.
A tracking number is issued when the label is created rather than when the carrier first scans the parcel. That means you can confirm the order exists and is packed before it has physically moved, which is the point in the process where most people start wondering.

Rates differ because carriage does. A parcel to Australia costs us several times what one to Florida costs, and quoting a single flat figure would mean either overcharging domestic buyers or losing money on every overseas order.
Laboratory supplies are priced at cost rather than marked up. That is deliberate: the aim is for one order to be complete, rather than for you to discover halfway through that you need bacteriostatic water from somewhere else.
Packaging
Outer packaging carries no compound names, no contents listing, no product imagery and no company branding. The return address is a plain business address. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside or where it came from.
Vials ship in insulated packaging with the contents secured against movement. Lyophilised powder is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so active refrigeration is not used and is not necessary. Refrigeration applies on arrival. See storage and handling for what changes then.
Transit times
Everything ships from one facility on an express service. 1 to 3 working days across the continental United States, and 2 to 8 working days internationally, depending on destination and border processing. Per-country windows are listed separately.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, it is reshipped within 30 days and you do not need to return anything. The full terms are on the returns and reship page.
If something goes wrong
Tracking that has not moved for several days usually means a carrier scan was missed rather than that the parcel is lost, but you do not have to work that out yourself. Email Info@purepeptidesources.com with the order number and you will get an answer from a person within 24 hours.
