What is collected, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed.
This policy describes what Pure Peptide Sources collects and why. It is short because the site collects very little.

No card details are collected, ever. Payment is by cryptocurrency, so no card number, expiry, or security code exists anywhere in this process. See payment.
What is not collected
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No third-party analytics profiling individual visitors.
- No account, no password, no stored login.
- No card or bank details.
- No date of birth, government identifier, or health information. Do not send any.
Your cart stays on your device
The cart uses your browser's local storage. It never reaches a server, cannot be read by us, and is cleared when you clear your browser data. That is also why a cart does not follow you between devices.
The support assistant
The on-site chat is powered by a language model operated by Anthropic. Messages you type are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a reply, along with the catalogue and policy reference the assistant works from. Your name, address and order details are not attached to those messages.
Do not put personal or sensitive information into the chat. It exists for questions about the catalogue, handling, shipping and payment. For anything involving your order details, email Info@purepeptidesources.com instead.
Who data is shared with
- The carrier, which needs the delivery address to deliver the parcel.
- Anthropic, for chat messages only, as described above.
- Nobody else. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Packaging and discretion
Outer packaging carries no compound names, no contents listing and no company branding. The carrier sees an address and a parcel. Details are on the shipping page.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted once an order is complete and outside the reship window. Email Info@purepeptidesources.com and a person will handle it within 24 hours.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change will be reflected here with a revised date. This version is dated 16 September 2026.
Questions
What personal data is collected?
Only what is needed to deliver an order: name, email address and shipping address. No card details are ever collected, because payment is by cryptocurrency and no card is involved at any point. No account is created and no password is stored.
Is the support chat private?
Messages sent to the on-site assistant are transmitted to Anthropic, which operates the language model behind it, in order to generate a reply. Do not put personal or sensitive information into the chat. It is there for questions about the catalogue, handling, shipping and payment.
Are cookies used for tracking?
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. The cart is held in your own browser using local storage, which never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
How long is order data kept?
Order records are retained for as long as is needed to fulfil the order, handle the reship window, and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time once an order is complete.
