Mechanism
Short peptide bioregulators, including the Khavinson series.
Bioregulators are very short peptides — most of the ones here are two, three or four residues long. That brevity is what separates them from everything else in this catalogue: where semaglutide runs to 31 residues and tesamorelin to 44, Vesugen is three amino acids, KED.
The series originates with Vladimir Khavinson's work in Saint Petersburg from the 1970s onward, which began with extracts of specific animal tissues and later identified short peptide sequences within them. Each is conventionally associated with the tissue its parent extract came from — thymus, pineal, vascular, prostate, bronchial — and the names reflect that rather than any receptor: Thymalin, Pinealon, Vesugen, Prostamax, Bronchogen.
Two practical consequences follow from the size. They are cheap and straightforward to synthesise, which is why a three-residue bioregulator costs a fraction of a long acylated analogue. And they are the compounds in this catalogue least characterised in Western literature, with most published work in Russian-language journals — so provenance matters more here than elsewhere, and claims about them should be treated more carefully.
The catalogue also carries the longer peptide bioregulators, Thymosin alpha-1 and Thymulin, which are not Khavinson peptides and sit in this class by function rather than by origin.
Short peptide bioregulators, including the Khavinson series. Every object carries the same label: name, fill weight, identifiers where known, storage condition and price. Prices run from $39.00 to $158.00. All are supplied strictly for laboratory research use.
