Who can place an order?

Orders are accepted from research and laboratory buyers aged 18 or over who accept these terms. Placing an order is a confirmation that the material is intended for in-vitro laboratory research and will not be administered to any human or animal.

What is being sold here?

Research compounds and laboratory consumables. These are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They carry no regulatory release for administration and no claim of suitability for it.

When does ownership pass?

On dispatch. From that point the buyer is responsible for lawful storage, handling and disposal, subject to the reship guarantee covering loss or damage in transit.

What if an order cannot be fulfilled?

If an item cannot be supplied, you are told before dispatch and refunded in full for that item, in the same coin at the dollar value paid. Nothing is substituted without asking first.

Terms of Supply | Pure Peptide Sources

These terms govern orders placed with Pure Peptide Sources. Placing an order means accepting them.

1. What is sold

All products listed are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is offered for administration to humans or animals. No dosing guidance, administration protocol or therapeutic claim is published anywhere on it, and any such claim attributed to us from another source is not ours. The research use only page sets out what the term means in practice, including how research material differs from compounded preparations and from approved medicines.

2. Who may order

Orders are accepted from research and laboratory buyers aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that:

the material is for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use;
it will not be administered to any human or animal;
you will store, handle and dispose of it lawfully and competently;
you are responsible for compliance with the law where you are.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, and to refund it in full, without stating a reason.

3. No warranty of fitness

Material is supplied as is, for research. No warranty is given that it is fit for any particular purpose, and specifically none that it is fit for administration. This site publishes no purity figures, no certificates of analysis and no third-party test results, because no such programme is in place. If your work requires certificate-backed material, this is not the right supplier for it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown when your invoice is issued is the price that applies. Payment is by cryptocurrency only. The invoice locks the amount for 30 minutes, and an expired invoice is reissued at the prevailing rate. Full terms are on the payment page.

5. Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm ET dispatch the same working day, Mon–Fri. Transit times given on the shipping and coverage pages are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Risk passes on dispatch, subject to clause 6.

6. Loss, damage and returns

Orders lost, damaged or incorrectly supplied are reshipped at no cost within 30 days of dispatch, with no return required. Unopened vials cannot be returned for refund, because once a vial has left the facility its storage history can no longer be established and it cannot re-enter stock. 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the supply of any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the material outside its stated purpose, and in particular accept no liability whatsoever for administration to a human or an animal, which is expressly prohibited by clause 2.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. The support assistant

The on-site chat provides general information about the catalogue, handling, shipping and payment. It does not give medical, clinical or dosing advice and cannot do so. Its answers are informational, are not a warranty of any kind, and where they conflict with these terms or with a policy page, the page prevails. Its data handling is covered in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout, structure and design of this site belong to Pure Peptide Sources. Compound names, sequences and identifiers are factual and belong to nobody.

10. Changes
