About GLOW

GLOW is a co-formulation, not a compound, so there is no single CAS number or formula for it. One vial holds 50 mg of GHK-Cu with 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500 — three molecules that are unrelated in structure and are grouped only by the endpoints they are studied against.

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide, glycyl-histidyl-lysine, carrying a copper(II) ion. The copper is what gives the solution its blue colour, and it is not incidental: the free peptide and the copper complex behave differently, and it is the complex that appears in the dermal literature.

BPC-157 is a fifteen-residue fragment derived from a protein found in gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, short enough to be made by ordinary peptide synthesis while retaining the actin-binding region of the parent protein. Each is stocked separately here; the blend exists for protocols that examine them together.

Three compounds in one vial means one reconstitution volume across all three, so the concentration of each is fixed by the ratio in the vial rather than chosen independently. Work that needs to vary them separately needs the single-compound vials instead.

Handling

Bring the vial to room temperature before opening, add diluent slowly down the inside wall rather than onto the powder, and let it dissolve undisturbed — no shaking. Store refrigerated on arrival, and refrigerate the solution once reconstituted.
