Handling
- Let the vial reach room temperature before opening. Condensation on cold glass draws moisture into the powder.
- Wipe the stopper with a 70 percent isopropyl pad and let it dry.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Directing it onto the powder can denature the peptide.
- Let it dissolve undisturbed. Do not shake. Swirl gently only if material remains after several minutes.
- Label the vial with compound, concentration and date, then refrigerate the solution.
